Can I wash my ‘Dry Clean Only’ items at home?It is not recommended by any clothing manufacturing label to clean these items with regular home washing methods and detergents. Home washing these items may pose a high risk of damage, warping, or shrinkage of your garments. Our Wet Cleaning process however, is not only used by many clothing manufacturers, but is a highly recommended alternative to help preserve vibrant colours and to ensure the tensile strength of clothing fibers are not compromised. Are my clothing alterations done in store or are they sent out?All clothing alterations and repairs are done in-house and completed by our professional team of tailers and seamstresses; never sent out to any third-party businesses. We pride ourselves on providing professional alterations for all your tailoring needs whether its for a red carpet event, a photo or video shoot, or just so you can feel and look your best.

Do you update me upon completion of my order?Yes, we send you a text when your items are ready to be picked up in store. For our pick up and delivery service you can track your order using our Meena Cleaners app located in the iPhone App Store or Android Google Play Store.

Do you recycle hangers or any items used in the finishing process?Yes, absolutely! We encourage all our customers to help us help the environment. We recycle all hangers, collar and cuff support, pins, needles etc. Just drop off your hangers or accessory items to any Meena Cleaners location or give it to our delivery driver upon pick up or drop off.

Do you provide customer service after hours?There are a few ways you can get in touch with us. The "Contact Us" page on our website has a form you can fill out for any quieries you may have.
